“Eating is a necessity but Cooking is an Art”rookie_chef

This is for all the rookie chefs out there who are currently working on their cooking skills and who live to cook, feed and eat.

I found my first love (cooking) at the age of 10. That is when I started cooking teeny-weeny dishes for myself. The love for cooking grew more as I got older. I learnt a lot in the process of mastering home cooking, well I haven’t mastered it yet, still a chef in the making.

In the process of learning we tend to fail a scads of time trying to perfect a recipe. Let it be the most minor dish, we can fail a million times trying to perfect it. But that should not be a discouragement. While cooking there will be a lot of expectation of it turning out really well but in the beginning it might not come up to scratch and this would be disheartening. This means that it should be given a bunch of tries, heaven and earth should be moved to master it and if passion is present in abundance then these tries would not keep us back. The most important thing to know is that, the more number of time one fails the more good one gets at it. These failures are the one which will turn our weaknesses into strength.

There are a lot of secrets to good food, the most important one is the ingredient called love. As this has been said from a very long time and it happens to be true and it goes like this “When something is cooked with love the food tends to be even more delicious”and this is the art of cooking for a rookie chef.

So spice up your dish with some love because love is all you need.
